Overview
Our "Maintenance" services are to visit your living wall system regularly to do various tasks such as trimming your plant species, and checking them one by one to be far from any plant diseases, refilling the nutrient solution tank, and checking the performances of the smart system as well as the irrigation & nutrition system. We provide you with our free maintenance services, during the initial 1-3 months (1 visit per month).
Our Initial Maintenance Services
After finalizing the installation process, and training you on how to use and control your living wall system, we start our initial maintenance services for free during the initial 1-3 months, depending the living wall size, including one visit per month. Due to the fact that, during the initial months after the installation of your living wall system, the plant species are within the process of becoming accustomed to the new climate and conditions of your project site, this initial period of 1-3 months is of a vital importance for your living wall system to work properly without any problems. Therefore, we proudly provide you with the mandatory initial maintenance services during the mentioned 1-3 months for free. During this period, we visit your living wall system once a month for checking all the plant species one by one to be far from any plant diseases, and spraying them for pest control (if needed), investigating the performances of the smart system as well as the irrigation & nutrition system, and accomplishing any needed tasks, e.g. refilling the nutrient solution tank, etc.
Our Regular Maintenance Services
Once the initial period of 1-3 months is finished, you may decide to extend our maintenance services for a longer period of time, e.g. 6 or 12 months, by signing a regular maintenance contract with us. In such a case, we will take care of everything, and there will be no reason for you to be wondering about the maintenance operations of your living wall system. In addition to the services we provide you with during the initial maintenance services, we will trim your plants during our regular maintenance operations, so that you always have a living wall system looking and functioning beautifully. However, you don't have to necessarily continue with us for our regular maintenance services. This is fully up to you, and you may decide to do it by yourself. Don't worry! If you decide not to continue with us, we will train you on how to maintain your living wall system by yourself. However, we will have no obligations about your living wall system in such a case, and you will be the sole responsible to accomplish all the required maintenance operations by yourself.
